Carroll College Dining is committed to doing our part to lower the impact of the BBCC campus on the environment and improve efforts for a sustainable campus.

Carroll College is a trayless campus. Diners without trays waste less food while also making healthier eating choices. Often times, our eyes are bigger than our stomach, and trayless dining reduces our ability to take more than we can eat. It also reduces the amount of water and detergent needed to wash trays, and saves energy in the process!

Carroll College Dining recycles cardboard, glass, aluminum, paper, and plastic.

Xpressnap Dispensers save energy and waste. The napkins are made of 100% recycled paper and the dispenser encourages customers to take and waste fewer napkins.
